Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our long term pursuit and up-most concern. Please inspect your delivery immediately it arrives and notify us if there are any problems.

If you have received a damaged item, we need to be notified within 48 hours of receipt. If you change your mind, you have 30 days in which you can return the item for a refund less postage and handling. Customers will be initially responsible for shipping and handling on all returns. If item is covered by warranty or found to be not as described Green Acres Mowers will reimburse the standard postage cost. Products returned must be in as new original condition and packaging. Kits must be returned with all parts included. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that the item purchased is the correct item before cutting, altering or final fitment. Any products returned, must be posted to our Post Office Box as provided, please also include Invoice Number, products returned without a reference to the sales order cannot be processed. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on a returned item if the item has been fitted or is not in original condition, including packaging.

Idler Pulley

So far so good have installed the new pulley in conjunction with a deck service. The old pulley had completely given up and seized the bearing after only 20 years of service. The new one I got from you good folks looks a feels great and is running quite. I put a temp gun on it after second round of mowing and measured 35 C. Other old pulleys were slightly higher. thanks and regards Michael Lewandowski
